Stephen T. Makrinos is a leading American scientist who has held various executive positions in the US Department of Defence, over a career that spanned 32 years. Stephen is currently Vice President and Chief Scientist for CACI Technologies Inc. a Defence Contractor, with annual revenues of US $3.1 Billion dollars. In this capacity Stephen’s role is to support the Army’s Research Development and Engineering Centre (RDEC) at Ft .Monmouth, New Jersey, the Department of Homeland Security and several Federal and State Agencies in the USA.

After graduating from University in 1996, he started his own company which focused on the development and sale of high end quality homes in prestigious realty locations in Melbourne.
Theo Paraskevas
Theo has over 10 years experience in the property development and construction industry. Theo is currently a Site Manager at Simonds Homes, one of Australia’s largest and most awarded residential construction companies. Theo specialises in high volume building and is responsible for managing a portfolio of up to 20 homes, from start to completion.
