Theo Paraskevas

Theo has over 10 years experience in the property development and construction industry.

Theo is currently a Site Manager at Simonds Homes, one of Australia’s largest and most awarded residential construction companies. Theo specialises in high volume building and is responsible for managing a portfolio of up to 20 homes, from start to completion.

Theo’s skill sets include problem solving, liaising with a range variety of stakeholders, managing all external and internal suppliers and trade contractors to ensure that homes are completed on time and on budget.

Prior to this Theo worked as Project Manager in the family business, Paraskevas Property Constructions, managing a number of high end residential developments.

Theo holds a Bachelor of Science (Major in Computer Science) Melbourne University, a Diploma of Building (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology), and a Diploma in Building Surveying (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology). Theo received best student of the year awards, for both building courses completed at RMIT.
